We try to look them over and describe any flaws that we see, but we may miss something.
We are a small, family business and as such are closed Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. You may order on those days of course, but I do not check for orders until Wednesday morning. Family comes first. Thanks for understanding.
*At times, rhinestones (or other stones) may come loose and fall out during shipment due to the delicate prongs or to the age of the glue if glued. The best jewelry glue that most vintage jewelry collectors recommend for you to affix them again is Gs Hypo cement.
A vintage strung necklace should be restrung prior to being worn since old fibers decay over decades and may break if worn in that state, risking loss of beads, clasp, or findings.
All items are sold "as is" and there are no returns/no refunds/no exchanges... as is the custom for vintage and antique goods so please read the descriptions and see the photos before you buy.
Items do not come with the fancy boxes shown in photos.
Shipping cost includes a small handling fee to cover the packaging materials... .
* I only ship to the address that is recorded in the PayPal checkout form. Gift orders can be sent to someone other than to your own name and address IF that is the address that you put on the form AND put a little note in the box letting me know any relevant details.
** I now accept USPS postal money orders as payment, but must have it ASAP (3 days or less or I must cancel your order). I will wait until I receive your payment AND make sure it is cleared by my bank before I will send out your order.
*If your payment does not clear my bank, there will be a $25.00 returned check fee that you must pay.

We do not allow returns unless it is an extreme situation and then only at our discretion. If we do, then you will pay the return shipping with tracking and insurance and a 20% restocking fee. Your request must be within 48 hours of delivery of item, and IF I agree to a return that item must be shipped back to me within 3 business days following the above (and the following) terms.
The item must be returned via the original carrier in its original packaging included; insured for its purchased price; and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with my shop's tags or my distinctive invisible UV identifying marks intact. Original shipping and handling cost is non-refundable.
So, if a return/refund is agreed upon, it will be minus the original shipping and handling fees and minus the 20% restocking fee with you paying to cover the costs of sending it back - see above.
If these terms are not acceptable to you, then do not buy the item(s).
I also have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason if the need arises.
I do use delivery confirmation on my packages so that I will know when your package safely arrives at your door.
I am not responsible for your package after it leaves my hands.
The Postal service is to be contacted if they damage or lose a package.
If you would like postal insurance on your package, it will cost extra - just ask and I will invoice you for the difference.
