WHITING & DAVIS twisted link two chain gold tone vintage necklace with real shell pendants.
The shells are each about 1 3/8 inches long by 1 3/8 inches wide and have gold edges.
They are each suspended from a textured, multi-layer goldtone chain.
The shorter chain is about 22 1/2 inches long, 1/8 inch thick and seems to me to be a slightly darker shade of gold than the other chain.
The longer chain is about 26 1/3 inches long, 1/4 inch wide and is slightly lighter in color to my eyes.
The two chains can be worn separately if desired.
The Whiting & Davis name is signed on an attached oval plaque that is near the large, spring ring clasp.
It has very mild wear and could use a gentle cleaning which is normal for vintage jewelry.
