Such a warm, soft and feminine vintage necklace and clip earring set in delicious shades of brown from a deep, rich brownie with sprinkles to luminous light brown sugar candy nuggets... .
The round beads look as though they've been rolled around in candy coating or big sugar crystals but they're actually tiny shards of shell made to look like candy coating and sugar.
The necklace has a decorative matching clasp cover over a pinch/push/pull clasp of metal.
This necklace measures about 20 1/2 inches long.
The round "sugar beads" measure about 3/16" and 3/8"
The two small nuggets at the back are about 3/16 by 3/8" and the larger "candy" nuggets are about 7/16" by 3/4".
The necklace is in good vintage condition with some wear to the brass clasp and faint scratches the back of the goldtone clasp cover.
We reduced the list price a little due to this.
It looks to me to be strung on cotton.
The matching clip earrings are about 1 inch by 7/8" and dome slightly to not quite 1/2" thick.
They show very little wear.
Please check to make sure the beads and clasp... are very secure and then have it gently cleaned by a jeweler or collector who understands vintage jewelry.
