Marked on the inside of the band with "925"
The 925 is the standard for sterling silver. It means that the metal is 92.5% silver and no more than 7.5% other metal. This is the standard for silver both in the US and the EU (Europe).
I have no information as to the gold content other then it is plated in some sort of gold as there are no other markings.

The gold plating is very slightly worn and there are some minor scratches to the top of the stone from use which is to be expected of vintage jewelry.
The face is about 7/8 inch and 1 inch wide - the ring band is about 1/8" wide.
