Shimmering, dazzling, vintage (1940's or so - maybe older), 2 rows of prong set rhinestones on silver pot metal.
The brooch measures about 2 1/4 inches by 3/8 inches and has a safety C clasp.
There is little to no wear which is abnormal for vintage jewelry. This has an old patina, but other than that, it looks almost like great to me !
I see no name or maker's mark anywhere.
