Outer measurements are about 9" around by 11/16" wide.
Inside is about 8 inches around and about 2 1/2" across the opening.
I see no markings, but this is a well made piece of vintage jewelry.
I see minor wear and faint scratches which is normal for vintage jewelry.
The price reflects this.
