Beautiful, vintage from sometime before the early 1940's (before Germany was split) brooch pin.
If I had to guess, I'd say this was from much earlier than the early 1940's.
This warm, brown toned brooch in shades of honey and amber with topaz and caramel ... tones is hand wired to a frame and then the frame is covered by a brass backing to hide the wires and a pinback is then attached.
Some of the early plastic beads are faceted and some are grooved or other pretty shape.
The brass pins, wires, fancy bead caps, base, backing and pinback all look to be in pretty good shape to me for a piece this old.
This pin almost glows from the colors and the shapes of the old beads.
It is approximately 1 3/4 inches by 1 3/4inches and has a safety C clasp.
There is some mild wear which is normal for vintage jewelry.
It is stamped "Made in Germany" on the back.

After so many years, the old wires may come loose so please always check it before you wear it and clean the pin over a tray to catch any stones that may come loose someday.
