Eye-catching. 3D, delicate, Sarah Coventry 1970's - Golden Mum - brooch/pin and clip earring set in goldtone.
This lightweight and dainty set is in goldtone with large topaz glass rhinestones in the center of each piece.
The huge, beautiful topaz colored faceted stones show from golden amber to a deep brown.
This set is in wonderful vintage condition, and looks to me like it was never worn.
3D domed Brooch is about 2 1/4 inches across, have a 1/2" topaz colored stone and is approx. 1 inch high (not including pinback)
Earrings are about 1 1/4 inches across, have a 7/16" topaz colored stone and are 1/2 inch high (not including clip backs)
This is known as a "book piece" as it was featured in a jewelry book and can be found on pages 75 and 107 of -Emmons and Sarah Coventry Fashion (Jewelry) Show- by Deborah Robinson.
Signed "©SARAH COV" on the back of each piece.
I see very little wear - if any, but it is a vintage piece and so I'm sure it is not in perfect condition.
